2015 Constitution updates

Article 3, section 3: executive terms now 3 years long
Article 6, section 3: list of member teams removed
Article 8: housekeeping
Article 12, section 5: referee coordinator now referred to as “coordinator/assignor” (also in Article 16)
Article 14, section 2: clarification to point #5 (addition of “of the current season”)
