Dundas vs Rockton on July 10th I predicted would be an important game … it ended up being a 0-0 dud. Here are the other recent games:
| 49 | Tue, Jul 08 | Hamilton Thunder | 1 | Rockton Blazers | 1 |
| 50 | Tue, Jul 08 | Hamilton Panthers | 1 | Wentworth FC | 7 |
| 51 | Wed, Jul 09 | Brant County FC | 0 | Ancaster Arsenal | 4 |
| 52 | Wed, Jul 09 | Hamilton Panthers | 0 | Hamilton Thunder | 4 |
| 53 | Thu, Jul 10 | Waterdown Bulldogs | 2 | York | 1 |
| 54 | Thu, Jul 10 | Dundas Assault | 0 | Rockton Blazers | 0 |
| 55 | Tue, Jul 15 | Brant County FC | 0 | Wentworth FC | 3 |
| 56 | Tue, Jul 15 | Waterdown Bulldogs | 3 | Ancaster Arsenal | 2 |
| 57 | Wed, Jul 16 | Dundas Assault | 2 | Hamilton Thunder | 1 |

| 59 | Thu, Jul 17 | York | 5 | Waterdown Bulldogs | 4 |
| 60 | Thu, Jul 17 | Ancaster Arsenal | 1 | Wentworth FC | 2 |
A few big games in there, like Dundas beating Thunder and Panthers grabbing another point – this time against Rockton. York played the Bulldogs twice in a week, and showed their resilience by splitting the games.
And here are the current standings:

| Hamilton Thunder | 13 | 7 | 3 | 3 | 23 | 12 | 11 | 24 |
| Rockton Blazers | 12 | 4 | 3 | 5 | 24 | 20 | 4 | 17 |
| Ancaster Arsenal | 14 | 4 | 6 | 4 | 25 | 25 | 0 | 16 |
| Dundas Assault | 11 | 3 | 2 | 6 | 18 | 14 | 4 | 15 |
| York | 11 | 3 | 5 | 3 | 16 | 22 | -6 | 12 |

Bulldogs, Wentworth, and Thunder have clinched playoff spots 🙂 And there’s a really good tussle going on for fourth through seventh spot right now.
Looking ahead, I noticed something really interesting.
The Panthers play – in order (plus a makeup game against York somewhere) – the Dogs (#1), Wentworth (#2), Thunder (#3), Dundas (in a group of four fighting for 4th-7th) and then BCFC (who they’re trying to edge into the playoffs of course). So they’re starting at the top and working their way down the table, as it were.
I think that we can still put up a fight and give some teams a run. We have lot played well as of late but think we can definitely improve.
The game to watch this week might be Blazers vs Assault on Wednesday?
