1) You need to register on the HaDmin site before you are able to login and use the “manager” functions
a. On the HaDmin site, complete the REGISTER Link (click here) in the top right hand corner
b. Once you have completed this, you will get a message that say it has to be reviewed and someone will contact you before approving. I would recommend that reps send an email to Ana Tornifoglia (atornifoglia@soccer.on.ca) and request she approve the request ASAP (as it takes a few days and you won’t have access until it is approved)
2) Once your login is approved, you need to actually login and set up your team on HaDmin (under Manage my Team)
a. You need to set up each player using: full name, date of birth, and OSA #…and save each one as you go.
3) Once your team/players are set up, you will have the ability to print game sheets etc.
a. To Print, select the game (click on the actual game #)
b. Scroll down and select the players to show on the game sheet for that game (similar to on E2E)
c. Print 3 copies of the game sheets
4) Inputting Results
a. The ref has to input the game details – before we can do anything as reps (different process than using E2E)
b. Both teams then confirm the score. To do this, login and enter the Adminstration site – select Generate Gamesheet / Confirm Game Results
c. Next, click on the actual box in the Columns to the far right (on the schedule page) titled Home Team or Away Team….and select that YES you agree with the game outcome, or NO that you don’t.
d. You are not able to see fine details such as goal scorers or cards (yet?)
